Summer Camp: Pre-Registration Form

Please read the following and check each box to acknowledge that you have read the terms before registering for camp.

Terms for 2025:(Required)

Please check your child's school calendar. Pratt Summer Camp starts BEFORE many schools end.

Only register for the weeks you are going to use. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Only sign your child up for the CORRECT age group. If a group is full, place them on the waitlist and do not register for a different age group.

Children registered for incorrect age groups will not be considered registered. You will be given a refund minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

You will receive an email immediately upon registration. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM. This email contains all paperwork that is required to attend camp.

Please complete paperwork and return along with current physical, including vaccinations by May 15 at 4:30pm to info@prattcenter.org to COMPLETE registration.
